Clotting inhibition was determined by incubating the antibody with human normal pooled plasma followed by a PT assay. Extension of the clot time reflects inhibition of the clotting. The inhibition of the prothrombin activation was determined in prothrombinase reactions using purified clotting factors and DAPA as a substrate for thrombin.
