Affinity Biologicals Donkey anti-sheep Immunoglobulin – Secondary Antibody经免疫亲和纯化并与辣根过氧化物酶偶联。APIgG-HRP浓度为1 mg/ml，在含有50%甘油(v/v)的缓冲稳定溶液中提供。经分光光度法测定,该共轭物的Rz比(A403/A280)≥0.25,总蛋白为0.2 mg。

Immunogen: Whole IgG (heavy and light chain) purified from sheep serum.
Specificity: Immunoelectrophoresis of this antibody prior to conjugation gave a single precipitin line of identical mobility to that obtained with purified sheep IgG.
Application: This product is suitable as a source of peroxidase conjugated antibodies to sheep IgG.
