BS3 crosslinker (Bis[sulfosuccinimidyl] suberate; BS3) packaged as one gram per vial. The BS3 crosslinking reagent is a water soluble homobifunctional crosslinker. The BS3 8-atom spacer is non-cleavable and the molecule is not cell membrane permeable. The Sulfo-NHS esters are amino reactive and can be used to label cell surface proteins.
